Carolyn's knowledge of selling exclusive and special properties is second to none. She has a great sense of when to respond to market changes in the area and we had excellent communication regarding changes we made to the price over time. You can be very sure your property is advertised in the absolute best magazines and right markets out there. We did wish, as busy business owners, we could have used Docusign to deal with signing amendments and copies of the offer. It would have streamlined the final part of the process. If you have a unique property to sell, you are in very good hands.

Carolyn was very focused and attentive to achieving a sale. She was good with the details of the sale and procured widespread adverting in the course of the sales effort. She has a deep knowledge of the area as well.

Carolyn did an excellent job of marketing my land. She brought me multiple potential buyers which led to a sale at price that I was very satisfied with. Communication was timely and professional. Carolyn made excellent recommendations on marketing and settlement decisions. I hope I will get to list another property with Carolyn real soon.
