Malcolm is an excellent realtor! He is very knowledgeable, responsive and extremely thorough. He kept me abreast of timelines, thoroughly explained the home selling process and answered all of my questions. I trusted his judgement and agreed with his recommendations for getting my home ready for sale. I was very happy to receive an offer over the asking price the first day my home went on the market for sale! I highly recommend Malcolm Willis to help with your real estate needs!

At every step of the way, Dana is there with knowledge and positivity to guide you. She puts your mind at ease and you can turn to her with whatever needs you have. Her contractor recommendations made the process easier and fast!

Angela was a delight to work with! Very responsive to my needs in order to help the selling process go smoothly! The only reason I did not rate negotiation skills is because it was a full price sale. I am happy to strongly recommend Angela's services!
