Kevin is devoted and it shows. He was responsive even during his vacation which was greatly appreciated. The change in the market made this sale slower than anticipated, but Kevin followed through and eased my mind along the way.

We had a wonderful experience working with Shawn throughout the process of purchasing our new home! Building a home comes with its own unique challenges, and our experience was no exception. When construction delays arose, he went above and beyond to advocate for us, help navigate the situation, and work toward a resolution that was fair and equitable for everyone involved. Throughout the entire process, he was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to protecting our best interests. He made sure our concerns were heard, kept communication open, and helped turn what could have been a very frustrating situation into a positive experience. What stood out most was his dedication to doing what was right, not just getting the deal done. We truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile. We are grateful to have had him in our corner and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or build a home!

We had a great experience working with Ms. Cheryl! She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire home-buying process. She made everything smooth and easy for us. We truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her!
