Our experience began with Jana sitting down with us in our dinning room and talking through the home selling process as well as the current realities of the area we live in. Jana is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. The house went on the market on Thursday in the afternoon. The following day we had our first house showing at 10:00 am and in the afternoon we had an offer that we accepted gladly for full price. Due to age and other factors, I wanted to downsize and relocate closer to my daughter and grandchildren. I had to be out of town for 2 of the weeks between contract signing and settlement. Debt arranged the house inspection, attended the inspection, and arranged for the correction of a couple of minor items in my absence prior to settlement. Moreover, she recommended multiple contractors for other things I wanted to accomplish prior to moving in. Her in depth and thorough knowledge of the market and her industry contacts are an asset. Not only is Deb easy to work with, but she has the skills and tenacity to get the job done. Deb listens. Moreover, she is dependable, prompt, responsive, and professional.
