Due to age and other factors, I wanted to downsize and relocate closer to my daughter and grandchildren. I had to be out of town for 2 of the weeks between contract signing and settlement. Debt arranged the house inspection, attended the inspection, and arranged for the correction of a couple of minor items in my absence prior to settlement. Moreover, she recommended multiple contractors for other things I wanted to accomplish prior to moving in. Her in depth and thorough knowledge of the market and her industry contacts are an asset.
