Lisa was easy to deal with from the moment she walked into my house while I was on the third floor. I already had people disassembling a dining table I had just sold to them, and she offered to help them load the parts into their vehicle. That left a good impression on me from the start. The process of selling my home was smooth on Lisa's part and communication was good and open. She was responsive to my messages and called me when I requested. In sum, it was a pleasure doing business with her.

My experience with Michelle was a pleasant one. We were first time home buyers and a little hesitant to talk to anyone because we didn't know anything about the process. Michelle was our first contact when we began our home searches. We met over a phone call and had a good enough impression to move forward with her. Upon meeting her in person, we felt very comfortable. Her office is downtown and it is a very nice one, too. As our relationship grew, we felt as if she was our friend guiding us along. Now, I can say she is truly our friend. Toward the end of the home buying process I had all confidence in her, she knew the area, knew what we were looking for and honestly, I felt she was out for us and not out for herself. All I can say is I am very happy I picked her! I would like to add she greatly helped with all the steps through the process, from the home inspection to the title company and even letting us know the trash/recycling pick-up times at out new home.
