Stuart is the man! Nothing gets by him. He had us covered every step of the way. Went to bat for us more than once and the deal worked out in our favor. He defines professional. Wish there were more people like him. Saddest part of the experience with him was when it was over and we would no longer have the pleasure of working with him. Our experience began with Jana sitting down with us in our dinning room and talking through the home selling process as well as the current realities of the area we live in. Jana is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. The house went on the market on Thursday in the afternoon. The following day we had our first house showing at 10:00 am and in the afternoon we had an offer that we accepted gladly for full price. We couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when selling or buying a home!
