We followed her instructions in preparing our home for sale. The first person that looked at it bought it at well over the asking price to avoid a bidding war. When we bought, she was patient with us as we negotiated the on the terms and price. Shawnna is a hard worker and is very knowledgeable and experienced in all things real estate. We would highly recommend her as a listing agent or a buying agent.
