All her advice (to me as a buyer and a seller) has been priceless and spot on - my house just sold in ONE DAY at the full list price :) In addition to the normal photos of the home (which were fabulous!!), Renee included aerial shots of my home/lot and the whole neighborhood. The listing also included extras such as a floorplan and a video tour of the home. She was EXCELLENT about keeping me informed at every step along the way. She was VERY responsive to my questions. Another HUGE benefit of going with Renee was her knowledge of people in related fields needed during the home purchase process. I knew if she recommended a person to handle my loan or do the inspection that I could automatically trust that person! Rene was a true professional, she made the hunt for a new home easy. With all new homes there are the details, she handled the details for us asking our input at every move.
