On a days notice, John walked through the home I ended up purchasing with a phone; testing outlets, turning on faucets, opening closets, testing wall furnaces, and going under the house as well. He made me feel confident enough to be able to purchase a home sight unseen. And he did all of this in a pandemic climate!! Amazing.
