Working with Cambria was so much smoother than any other transaction we had encountered. We had tried to sell our home a couple of years ago and the entire process was a mess! The agent wouldn't even let us out of our contract when we had not heard from him in a month! It was different with Cambria. She always tried to answer our questions as quickly as possible and when she did not know the answer to something she would get back to us as soon as she could.

Tim worked extra hard to get our home sold as quickly as possible. When the first accepted offer fell through at the last minute he jump right back into action and had us another offer within a week. He also did a great job timing the sale with the purchase of our new home. Great experience all around. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
