At a time when interest rates are high and the economy is so unstable. Nothing is moving in the real estate world bare land-wise, Doug Knudson and Kaylin were somehow able to sell both of our properties we had listed with them. We had already moved away from the area so everything had to be done remotely. Realty one handled everything for us right down to the homeowners association! All we really had to do was sign! We really appreciate you guys and are truly grateful to have all of this behind us so we can move on to the next chapter. Highly recommend!

Kaylin and her company worked very hard to get the word out on our property for sale in Ocean Park. She was very successful because the buyers were from (way) out of state- Arizona! She kept us up to date during the whole listing process and sale. She answered all of our questions and knew the market and area well. It took less than 4 months to get a good offer on our unique property. We are glad we chose Kaylin and would recommend her to anyone looking for a good, very professional agent.

I knew Crystal before I sold my condo. She sold a house in Long Beach two year prior. It was fast and price was great. I was very happy with the outcome. So, I asked her to sell my condo also located in Long Beach and she did it. Fast and the price was on the top. She has a profound knowledge of the house market in the Pacific County. She is very professional and has excellent skills how to make your house to look good, presentable and valuable for the current market. She has good negotiation skills and very honest to tell you what is possible or not possible. She is a person you can trust to do business.
