Kim did a fantastic job selling my current home and finding another we couuld move into. The entire experience only took about 3 months. It would have been sooner but the first buyer on my home did not come through with the funding. On thing I learned... When you get one of those offers to buy your home in the mail...throw it away! Then call Kim, she was fantastic at finding a buyer for my home (it was unfinished addition) & finding us a new home to move into. In fact, is almost too fast for us to handle the move.
