Not only did Shane sell our house in less than 4 days, we got multiple offers on the property and he negotiated a better price and better terms than we could have ever imagined. Yes, It's a seller's market, but even so your representative in the negotiations makes a huge difference. He nailed the asking price perfectly, neither too high nor too low, and understands the psychology of showing a house to its best advantage. His instincts also helped us avoid accepting a deal that would have not turned out to be in our best interests. Shane treated the entire transaction with skill and integrity from the beginning all the way through to the end. His communication with us was timely and we straight up never felt like we were not important in his busy schedule. In order to get the most for our home, we did an extensive update to the interior and we turned the entire thing over to Shane and his team. Not only did they complete the project on time and in budget, but they were correct in choosing which parts of the remodel would bring the most interest from buyers. Their team of contractors showed up on time and did excellent work. We have zero regrets about choosing Shane, our realtor for life.
