Our experience with Sean has been amazing. He came highly recommended from a close friend and we are so thankful we made the right choice to go with him. He was instrumental in us getting our dream first home within a matter of a few weeks! He is incredibly patient and doesn't rush you into making a decision. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the overall housing market and has a rich experience in assessing the construction quality of a home. So much so, that we blindly trusted him to assess our home and waived the inspection. He always made us feel like we were only ones vying for his time and was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout. He went out of his way on innumerable occasions to make us feel at ease with the process and has a great network of lenders and home improvement professionals should you need one. He was very respectful of our decision making process and has been a tremendous support throughout. He had our best interests at heart while negotiating the price on our home and demonstrated street smarts writing up and closing our offer. During this time, Sean has graduated from being our real estate agent to a family friend. I would thoroughly recommend Sean to anyone looking for their dream home.

From day one, Gina was more than helpful and did everything in her power to help get me into the house I've been waiting on for years. If I ever want to sell and buy something different, Gina is the only agent I would consider. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional and made my first home buying experience more calm than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Gina Pannell for all real estate questions or needs.
