We are so thankful we found Renee. She went above and beyond in selling both of our older children's homes. Extremely helpful and professional. Thank you again for all your hard work!!! Bonnie and Kevin Schmidt

Working with Renee was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, organized, and even enjoyable. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and clear communication gave me total confidence every step of the way. Renee truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She was always quick to respond to questions, proactive in finding solutions, and genuinely cared about helping me get the best possible outcome. Her professionalism and dedication really set her apart. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Renee to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Five stars all the way!

Renee Pilchard took on the immense task of selling our home while we moved to another state. She and her team came in with ideas, suggestions, and a stager. Her expertise on value, and marketing were spot on. We got a full price offer in far less than the average sale time for our area. We know many realtors, but felt Renee's professionalism and drive made it clear that she was our best option. We feel so fortunate that we hired Renee and her team for our transaction. It was the right decision for us. What started as a business transaction has evolved into a cherished friendship. We are so grateful.

The whole process was smooth and quick. No surprises and he kept me in the loop all along the way. He sold my house 2 years ago and it was an awesome experience. This is why I chose him again.

We bought our first home in April and Tanis made the whole process much easier than we had originally expected. He took the time to sit down with us and explain everything we were signing line by line and answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. When it comes time to sell we’ll definitely be contacting him again.

Tanis and Rietta were great people to work with. Anytime we had a question, it was answered quickly. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and really make sure you understand the process. They helped us both sell and buy a house at the same time. We were nervous, but Tanis was great and kept everything organized and made the process easy for us. We would recommend the Costa Team to anyone looking to buy or sell and we would certainly use them if we ever need to in the future!
