Many of the questions would not have been necessary if we were seeing the properties in person. Peggy and Grace were very patient with us and worked as a very effective team. Peggy was always very professional, is highly knowledgeable of the market for both lots and homes around Smith Mountain Lake and communicated constantly by phone, text or email along with Grace. Dawn and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Peggy and Grace and would recommend them to any buyer who is looking for a great team to help them find a property.
