The property was being sold as-is and the seller was being difficult. Guiselle took care of that as well, ensuring we got a good look at the property before going forward. The property inspectors were very thorough, and we found termites and foundation damage among a long list of issues. The seller wanted top dollar for a house that was in desperate shape. He wouldn't budge on his price. Disappointed that the property we thought we had found was not going to work, we started to leave. Guiselle had listened to what we needed all along. She may only have 2 years of experience, but she is so accomplished in reading people and finding ways to please them, plus she is so well connected, you would never regret for a moment having used her.
