Her write up of my home along with fabulous pictures brought a buyer who purchased my home from just looking at the pictures online. He hadn't walked into the house until after closing. I was overseas while this process was going on and Mary took care of everything. She always informed me of when documents needed to be completed, answered all my questions (and I had a lot since this was the first time selling a home).
