Jeannie was our realtor in 2015 when we were first time homebuyers. She helped guide us through every document, every page, every word that we did not fully understand. There was never a time that she made us feel as if we were annoying her with all of our billions of questions first time homebuyers have. So when it came time to sell that same house, we knew without a doubt she would be our realtor. Once again, we were now first time home sellers and had no idea what we were doing or how the process went. Jeannie pulled comps and explained the fair market value price, how things have changed in the past 8 years, came to the house to give her opinions on things that could be done, but by no means did it feel like the pushy car salesman pitch to get us to do everything and anything. She was definitely in our corner no matter what option we chose. We ended up doing the max that we could and the final sale price was way above what we expected to list our condo at. Jeannie came over the morning of our listing photoshoot and helped with staging everything, including the outside yard! We closed with multiple offers on the house and Jeannie made sure to go over each and every bid and explain what all the offers meant. The only con I can think of about Jeannie is that she does not have her license in NC to be our realtor for our new house!
