We chose Marion with MoveWithMarion to sell our home after we saw how well she conducted an Open House for a neighbor. Marion’s enthusiasm for her client’s home was amazing and right away we knew she was a high performance realtor. We were not disappointed we hired her; our home was on the market for 3 days, received 7 offers, and our final price was far and away over asking! Marion exudes passion for her work and it is clear she absolutely loves what she does. She has mastered the art and science of a sale, but also very much understands the personal aspect behind it all. Marion’s whole team was top notch from the beautiful photos and 3-D floor layout designs for buyers to peruse, to her assistant, Cathryn, who expertly navigated the challenges of deadlines and paperwork with three title companies! Communication from both Marion and Cathryn was superb. We give her and her team our highest recommendation.
