Kim was Awesome! She assisted in my home sale and advised me. My home sale was pretty easy but my home purchase.....was another story.. SHE was awesome, the home purchase was hard. The seller and sellers agent were not easy to deal with. The house was borderline foreclosure, but Kim dealt with me when I got frustrated, and her team as well I should add. She communicated as well as I could have wanted. She has her own contacts for repairs and she was able to get them out at a moments notice. Well water wasnt safe, crack in foundation, bad roof.....she lead the way and even did part of the selling agents work, to get things moving. I sold my house for asking price, and bought a house for $60,000 less than it was originally listed for......THANKS KIM!!
