I worked with Bonnie years ago when I purchased my condo in Old Town Alexandria. When it came time to sell in 2021, I called her. I was living out of state and selling a home that you can’t see or visit is extremely stressful. Bonnie arranged for an amazing contractor, Carlos, to aid in fixing some repairs. Carlos and Bonnie kept me apprised of costs, sent pictures before and after, and were honest about what was necessary and what would help the home value. Bonnie also personally staged the home as we were in a hurry to put the home on the market and didn't want to wait for local companies time to arise. She was available to answer all of my questions and I felt she responded promptly to my concerns about the property and sales process. I also had the opportunity to interact with her daughter and real estate partner Courtney and I was impressed with Courtney’s diligence throughout the process. I would happily recommend them to a future buyer or seller.
