She helped me assess what was reasonable on fixing up an older house for sale and she offered ideas on staging but was flexible in considering other possibilities. The listing and house opening strategy she used delivered multiple offers above listing price and a quick sale within less than a week of listing. If I ever had to go thru this again, I would hope to use her services or someone like her if she isn't available.
