She showed experienced command of the process and communicated well thru anticipating and answering any questions I might have. The listing and house opening strategy she used delivered multiple offers above listing price and a quick sale within less than a week of listing. If I ever had to go thru this again, I would hope to use her services or someone like her if she isn't available.
