She was always a phone call or text away and checked in on me from time to time as I worked on getting ready. She helped me assess what was reasonable on fixing up an older house for sale and she offered ideas on staging but was flexible in considering other possibilities. She showed experienced command of the process and communicated well thru anticipating and answering any questions I might have. The listing and house opening strategy she used delivered multiple offers above listing price and a quick sale within less than a week of listing. If I ever had to go thru this again, I would hope to use her services or someone like her if she isn't available.

Wendy & her partner are an amazing team. They not only coordinated sale of my house, but they got $13,000 more than I asked for it. It sold in one day. They also coordinated sale of some of the items like furniture, etc. In addition, they coordinated donation of the items that didn't sell as well as giving some of the items to needy families, etc. I highly recommend this team and can't say enough positive about their competence and performance.
