Henry was absolutely exceptional throughout our home buying experience. As buyers who were not local to the area, we relied heavily on his communication, expertise, and guidance, and he went above and beyond at every step. We searched for homes with Henry throughout the summer, and he took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. His knowledge of the local market and ability to identify homes that fit our needs ultimately led us to our dream home. He was incredibly thorough in walking us through the process, answering all of our questions, and helping us feel confident as first time home buyers. Henry was also professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the negotiation and purchase process. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel organized and manageable, ensuring we felt prepared and informed every step of the way. Even after closing, Henry has continued to be incredibly helpful by connecting us with great local contractors and resources as we begin our homeownership journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Henry to anyone looking to buy a home!

We navigated some complicated situations, and Bilen handled each one with expertise and professionalism. She’s well connected, and knows someone for every issue we have had. Need a repair? She knows someone. Need a beekeeper (long story), she knows someone. We wouldn’t have closed on our home in the quick timeframe we did if it wasn’t for her. So if you need someone who’s well connected, experienced, great personality, empathetic, and will negotiate on their clients’ behalf, do not look for anyone else. If we ever sell again, we will definitely reach out to Bilen. Bilen, thank you truly for everything you’ve done for my family.

Bilen is super action oriented, knowledgeable and a great problem solver. She showed extreme resiliency during a difficult selling and buying process, which gave us ease and comfort.
