Iris is amazing! We had an extremely short timeline to find and out an offer on our first house. She was a coach and advocate every step of the way! She knew her stuff about the process, what to look for in features and was knowledgeable about the financial process. Could not have gotten the house without her expertise and advocacy on our behalf.

I have worked with Kathy for selling and buying a home and she made it all happen bought and sold in 90 days to close on both. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, patient and hands on approach. She goes above and beyond her responsibilities. She also has the integrity and character that you would want as a friend. I would definitely call on her again. The very best realtor I have ever used. She's the type that would sacrifice her own interest to satisfy her clients. Thank you Kathy for all your help.
