A friend referred us to Eric, and he was there for my wife and I, looking at homes months before we PCSed to Virginia. He is very knowledgeable and I really appreciated that he kept our best interest in mind during the entire process.

Steve patiently showed us literally every house on the market that was in our range in both Va Bch and Norfolk. He advised us well regarding pluses and minuses for resale. He researched neighborhoods that we looked in that he was not familiar with. The agency backed Steve up well. The home inspector that he recommended did a very thorough job. Finally, Steve was an excellent negotiator.

Nadine was absolutely wonderful helping me from beginning to end with a very stressful event in my life, but we did it! Thank you, Nadine Kennedy
