The naysayers said it would take longer to close but Xine handed over the keys to my new home in just 2 weeks after signing the purchase contract. She made what could’ve been a stressful process a lot smoother and way more enjoyable. Dan was an incredible help through both the buying and selling process. I was moving from a different state, he helped me find the perfect area for my price point. He was able to recommend several contractors the would do good work at a fair price. This allowed me to get my house in shape to sell for the price I wanted.
