From the moment we began our cross-country move to Richmond, we knew we were in the best possible hands. Kristin Krupp exceeded every expectation we had of a real estate professional for buying and selling a home. She navigated us through countless challenges with grace, style, and unwavering professionalism. No matter what hurdles came our way — from contingency offers to septic system failures as well as buying and selling a home— she stayed calm, steady, and solutions-oriented. Her deep knowledge of both real estate and the greater Richmond area gave us complete confidence in every decision we made. And on the toughest days, when the stress of moving felt overwhelming, she was there to talk us off the ledge, offering reassurance, clarity, and even humor when we needed it most. Kristin isn’t just a Realtor; she’s a true advocate, partner, and friend in the process. Her dedication, communication, and genuine care set her far above and beyond any other agent we’ve ever worked with. We can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone buying or selling a home in Richmond or the surrounding area — she is simply the best.
