James was a fantastic person to work with on the buying end. We are preparing to use him on the selling end of things. We have no doubt that he'll be just as diligent and detail oriented as he was with the purchase of our home. James always made himself available to us, even when we were traveling on vacation in another time zone. There was a point in time where he too was on vacation and yet continued to set up phone meetings with us and probably the rest of the world. We remain in awe of how he manages to balance his work life with his family life. We appreciated his counsel, how he made suggestions, and how graciously he accepted our decisions that didn't necessarily match his suggestions. We never felt pressured to do anything that we were not comfortable with. He also went above and beyond to help us work out some inconveniences that came with the purchase of our home. His level of professionalism was outstanding from start to finish.

Annette was a rock star! I was a first time home buyer and went into this process knowing virtually nothing about real-estate. I was fortunate to meet Annette during an open house. She was very friendly, engaging, and easily reachable throughout the entire home buying process. Annette was very informative and very patient when it came to explaining every detail of what I should expect. I eventually settled on a new construction, which Annette was an expert in. I moved into my brand new home as of January and cannot be happier. I had an excessive amount of difficulty dealing with my loan officer/mortgage company, but Annette was there to assist me and mitigate the damage done by their horrible customer service. I met Eunice after requesting information for a rental. She is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable working with her from day one. I changed my mind about renting and decided to buy a home. I was relocating from Texas and needed a home. She referred me to a lender who specialized in VA loans and I received daily listings. There were a couple of homes that interested me and Eunice was of great assistance with viewing the property and sending me pictures/videos. I was fortunate to find a home during my house hunting trip. Eunice kept me informed throughout the closing process. My closing was in Texas and I wasn’t planned to move until 3 weeks later. Eunice was helpful assisting me with taking care of internet, cable and alarm system hook ups. I know she went above of what was expected and I greatly appreciated it.
