Jena makes it feel like you are her only client. She spends a lot of time taking you to see things to get a sense of what you want, and once she knows what you're looking for, she won't ask you to settle. We have worked with her 3 times, the last being the sale of my late grandparent's home. She was punctual, professional and empathetic to the entire family who was present for her initial walk through. She was also very respectful when describing the realistic approach she would take selling the home, keeping in mind how precious it was to us.
