This is the second time of having Susan help me with real estate. She helped me buy a home 10 years prior and now helped sell a home. Susan helped with suggestions on what needed to be done prior to putting it on the market. She over saw tradesmen that came to inspect, maintenance technicians and cleaning out items that were no longer needed. Before listing the home she made sure all the details were addressed; such as power washing the outside, inside cleaned and trash hauled away. Susan held an open house to start the showings which produced multiple offers. She handled everything that needed to be addressed. I would recommend Susan and use her again.
