Lauren is an expert in the Page County market, but what's even better - she's fun to work with. She takes all the stress out of the transaction because she knows her stuff, and because she communicates often and well. Only downside is that she insists on taking a realtor fee, which I felt wasn't necessary, but I guess we all gotta make a living.
