Kathleen is a great agent who helped sell mine and my mother's home and also to find the perfect agent to help us relocate to another state. She made sure we knew the next step to make a smooth transition.

I worked with Stephanie on the buy side of a land transaction in Louisa. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a special "nose" for solving problems and doing what it takes to enable a transaction. Our deal had some rather complicated issues that most brokers would have shied away from dealing with; rather, Stephanie helped marshal the right people, recommend the best process and made herself available around the clock to work until the problems were taken care of. These are the things that make a broker a cut above the rest. I would recommend any day working with Stephanie on any side of a real estate transaction as I certainly plan to do in the future.

Kathleen was always communicating and sharing information throughout the listing, showing and sale of our home! She was professional in all interactions and I couldn’t have asked for a better listing agent. She was knowledgeable and encouraging. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their house.
