Javier Moreno was absolutely outstanding in helping my wife and me find the perfect home. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, patient, and always had our best interests in mind. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, guided us through every step of the process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting. We truly felt supported and confident thanks to Javier’s expertise and dedication. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor.

This is the 2nd time I have used Koontz for buying/selling a house. She assisted me with buying the house I recently sold and I was impressed with her knowledge, always keeping on top of everything, and reminding me what needed to be done. I would recommend her to everyone who is interested in buying/selling a house.

Annette was a rock star! I was a first time home buyer and went into this process knowing virtually nothing about real-estate. I was fortunate to meet Annette during an open house. She was very friendly, engaging, and easily reachable throughout the entire home buying process. Annette was very informative and very patient when it came to explaining every detail of what I should expect. I eventually settled on a new construction, which Annette was an expert in. I moved into my brand new home as of January and cannot be happier. I had an excessive amount of difficulty dealing with my loan officer/mortgage company, but Annette was there to assist me and mitigate the damage done by their horrible customer service. I highly recommend Annette to anyone interested in buying a home. You will not be disappointed.
