While my unrelated home sale overseas was fraught with issues (my Realtor was not communicating and I almost lost a buyer), Anne ensured that my purchase in Virginia stayed within the timeline. She was on it when it came to the home inspection & she also recommended a handyman for the seller to use when it came to a few things the VA appraiser wanted done. She really worked on my behalf. When an issue came up with a neighbors fence encroaching on the property I was buying, she was at the table asking our attorney questions that I hadn't thought of.
