She sugested surveying to mark out the boundaries and this seemed to impress the buyers. She always let me know when and how prospective buyers needed price concessions.

we have used bethany many times and everytime she also go above and beyond to make the deal happen.

Kelly is absolutely amazing and also one of the kindest, most beautiful souls you will ever meet! Her, Wes and everyone on their team are so knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy and show so much compassion for every client they work with. When I first made an appointment with her, I did not really think that I would ever be able to own my own home. Much less did I think I would be in my dream home in less than 2 months! She really left no stone unturned. She thinks of everything and made a stressful process stress free! She did absolutely everything for me! I can't thank her and her team enough. I could go on all day about all of the amazing things she did for me during the process of purchasing my home and even afterwards. I am almost a year in my home and she is still continuously still checking on me and asking if there's anything I need help with. Kelly made my dream a reality, I really love her. Her and her whole team work tirelessly and relentlessly to ensure that all of her clients get the best possible outcome and will stop at nothing to make it happen! Even though she has been a great friend to me for over 30 years, I see how she treats every client as though they are family. Thank you Kelly from the bottom of my heart for making my dream come true!

She knows the market & has great marketing skills. The brochure she did for me was excellent. Photos flattering & a work of art. Description was well written & professionally done. No detail too large or small for her to handle. I would rate her as a 10 Star Realtor. I interviewed 3 orhers before deciding to chose her. Not only does she come off as charming & professional but she is kind & understanding. A kindred spirit for me. I did everything she suggested for me & I was surpisrd how quickly I sold & bought with her guidance.
