We needed to sell a family member's house. As we are not local to Woodstock, we needed an agent who knows the local market and could also coordinate the cleanout of the house and the repairs it needed in order to list. Nathan was able to do all that for us and was very helpful with suggestions about repairs, color palette, etc. He is easy to work with and helped make this experience much less painless for us that it could have been. Once the house was listed, it sold rather quickly. His knowledge of the area and his ability to handle the work schedule were instrumental in the sale. First time I met Nick, I felt like I was with family. Made me feel comfortable with no pressure at all. He went above and beyond. My work schedule is very hectic and nick searched and visited homes on his own time for me. When he found a home he felt I would be interested in he called me and met me when in fit my schedule.
