I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Kelly as my realtor when I sold my home back at the beginning of the year. Even though this house was not a high priced or elite home, she gave as much time and attention as if it was! Guiding me as to what my next steps would be to get a very fair selling price. Even when we thought the deal fell through, she was still positive that it would sell and it ended up that that same buyer did come back with the price I was asking for. She knows the market & has great marketing skills. The brochure she did for me was excellent. Photos flattering & a work of art. Description was well written & professionally done. No detail too large or small for her to handle. I would rate her as a 10 Star Realtor. I interviewed 3 orhers before deciding to chose her. Not only does she come off as charming & professional but she is kind & understanding. A kindred spirit for me.
