She is a true professional. She helped us prepare for the sale, determined a fair price and guided us through the process. She posted a notification three weeks prior to the sale and put it on the market. The first two days on the market produced 18 showings and four offers. We settled on an offer that was $20K above asking price. Of course, she then led us through the settlement process.
