I can’t say enough good things about working with Amelia! After my aunt passed away, we were faced with the task of selling her house — from out of town, and with no idea where to start. Amelia stepped in and made the entire process seamless. She provided a clear timeline for repairs, connected us with trustworthy contractors, coordinated everything needed to stage and list the house, and handled countless other details along the way. What would likely have taken us six months on our own was completed in just six weeks with her guidance. Amelia is not only incredibly kind, but also exceptionally organized, thoughtful, honest, and reliable. At no point did we feel overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next. Her calm, capable presence made all the difference. I would recommend Amelia to anyone — especially first-time buyers or sellers facing a home that needs work before hitting the market. Her experience, compassion, and attention to detail are truly unmatched

Mary knows what is best for her customer and is their biggest advocate. Her knowledge and skill set in the field remains unmatched to what we have experienced in the past. We met Mary through word-of-mouth, and from buying to selling our first home we will continue to ask for her assistance as long as she’s on the market to help. Mary takes the stress out of the home buying process and she’s been an absolute gem!
