She then helped ensure the repairs and cleaning were completed and that items left by the tenants were removed. She wrote a lovely listing using professionally photographed photos and held an open house. I had multiple offers within a few days and closed at thousands over asking just a few weeks after going "live." In addition to her real estate acumen and professionalism, I found Kandi cheerful and pleasant to work with.
