I was selling from a distance and the house had been rented our prior to the sale. Kandi advised me on pricing, timing, and necessary repairs and cleaning. She then helped ensure the repairs and cleaning were completed and that items left by the tenants were removed. She wrote a lovely listing using professionally photographed photos and held an open house. I had multiple offers within a few days and closed at thousands over asking just a few weeks after going "live." In addition to her real estate acumen and professionalism, I found Kandi cheerful and pleasant to work with. She communicates clearly and frequently, and will step in personally to address a smudged window pane or last minute need. I recommend her without hesitation or reservation. She is absolutely who I will choose for any future real estate transactions of my own in the Winchester area.
