Harman helped us purchase our home back in March 2020 so it was a no brainer to work with him on selling the home in April. From the moment we reached out to him he began working. He talked through the contracts and paperwork we needed to sign as well as the process and plans for listing our home. He came up with amazing ideas for marketing and strategy for pricing which he detailed in language we could easily understand. Within days, Harman was over to the home to give suggestions related to staging for maximum interest from buyers. We got multiple check-ins during the weeks leading up going live with the listing as well as during which was awesome and much needed.
