This is the 2nd house that Kathy has helped me buy. She's also sold two houses for me. Kathy and her staff opperate a well-oiled machine that make the home buying process easy and relatively painless. I texted her, said "I'm ready to buy again" and it was off to the races. Regardless of what arose, from price negotiations, to appraisal issues, to dealing with the VA, Kathy made every hurdle a non-issue, and got us through to closing.
