I really enjoyed working with Brendan! He made this transaction effortless. It’s a little taxing selling a property when you live out of state but Brendan made it so easy. He is very knowledgeable of the market and did all he could to make this transaction go smoothly, which it did. His communication was excellent. Due to age and other factors, I wanted to downsize and relocate closer to my daughter and grandchildren. Debt arranged the house inspection, attended the inspection, and arranged for the correction of a couple of minor items in my absence prior to settlement. Moreover, she recommended multiple contractors for other things I wanted to accomplish prior to moving in. Her in depth and thorough knowledge of the market and her industry contacts are an asset. Not only is Deb easy to work with, but she has the skills and tenacity to get the job done. Deb listens. Moreover, she is dependable, prompt, responsive, and professional.
