Jessica was very patient with my mom. She made sure mom understood everything that she was doing, was very helpful answering all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the market and how the sale went. She went over everything with us and explained the whys and the what’s involved with selling. Jessica was very kind and compassionate, she made sure we knew about every showing, how the inspection process would go and covered every detail on our contract. She went over all the comments on each showing and told us how we could improve for the next one. She worked with us every step of the way. Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!
