Our experience with Jimmy and Melanie was amazing! As we worked to get the house ready to sell, they were right there offering their seasoned realtor insight and a helping hand. While we were busy cleaning out things inside and out, Jimmy was always ready to take things away and ease the load. As you know, selling a house can be very stressful, but we always welcomed visits and calls from the Coates team as they kept us feeling positive. We were amazed at how quickly the house sold and at the final sale price, which was above what we expected! All because of the care and expertise the Coates team offered. If you are looking to sell your home, we absolutely recommend going with the fabulous Jimmy Coates! And Melanie is a bonus superstar! They are sincere, down-to-earth folks who care about providing the best service possible.

She sugested surveying to mark out the boundaries and this seemed to impress the buyers. She always let me know when and how prospective buyers needed price concessions.

This is the 2nd time I have used Koontz for buying/selling a house. She assisted me with buying the house I recently sold and I was impressed with her knowledge, always keeping on top of everything, and reminding me what needed to be done. I would recommend her to everyone who is interested in buying/selling a house.
