She is awesome and I would highly recommend. She is an asset to Berkshire Hathaway. She treated us like family even our dog Teddy. She is a great realtor and now we have a new friend in Karen. Thanks to her help and advice we were able to sell our home and move before the end of 2021. We listed our home on 11/13 and closed on the 12/17.
