Thanks to her help and advice we were able to sell our home and move before the end of 2021. We listed our home on 11/13 and closed on the 12/17. Would have been sooner but that was the earliest we could get the movers there. She even took care of finding someone to repair the septic distribution tank at a lower price then we had found.
